My Excellent Life

The My Excellent Life programs and evolved from a desire to help people to help themselves.

If you think about this concept for a bit you will see that to be truly authentic with it, in setting out to help others we must be doing it to help ourselves. Otherwise why do it? There are very few true saints amongst us - mortals are always driven by a desire for something (power or love).

Thus if we set out to really help someone else, we can best do that by understanding our own motivation and desired outcome. The amazingly simple and powerful concept is at the very essence of My Excellent Life.

Taken a step further into obvious simplicity and truth; we must be setting out to achieve something for ourselves in order to do anything for anyone. If that something is to help others we must recognise what they themselves are trying to get and must be able to articulate and understand it. Out of this comes a freedom and power to do many things that would otherwise get caught up in ego or denial, etc.

Thus the fundamentals of integrity, commitment and self benefit whilst being in service to something bigger (others or a community) are what My Excellent Life is really about and what it teaches. These things are very different for every person.

Therefore every person who participates in one of the My Excellent Life programs (My Excellent Life, Future Warrior, Wild Fire, Growing Down) has a very personal view of what they got - because they have a very personal thing that they want to achieve and a very personal reason for doing so. This makes the programs unique and the participants unique. The rest is history.

Ask any past participant what they got from a My Excellent Life program and it will be very different each one. Ask them why they went there and you'll also get a very different set of answers. BUT ask them do they regret doing one of our programs or has it changed their lives and you'll always get the same answers! IT SURE DID CHANGE MY LIFE and I COULD NEVER REGRET SEEING MYSELF AS I COULD BE AND HOW TO GET THERE!

You will know as soon as you talk to a graduate of our programs, they are different and they have something rare.
